Cable Television Review
The HD is terrible quality. I spent 2 thousand dollars on a top of the line TV that is now pretty much useless. Looks like I will be going back to Dish Network just so I don't have to watch blurry "HD".

Review from Honolulu, Hawaii
Hi. I had cable with alligence and when I took my receiver in to them because its wasnt working and when I went there to the office they called me the bug lady and that was poor customer service so my service was shut off because of the bugs eat the inside of the receiver heck almost everyone had bugs in there homes so I shouldnt be called the bug lady because of what the bugs did to the receiver that why I wont go back to them because of what they said to me. And now I owe a big cable bill from them and I wont go back to them not unless they knock off the receiver equipment off my bill other wise I wont never use alligence again. Thanks

New got to have the new digital converter.
Well I got my digital converters that Allegiance said I had to have. I went with a package and had one TV hooked up to the old Digital converter. Got tired real quick of the poor reception and white noise. Installed the new converters that were suppose to be in effect by mid November. Today is 11/20/13. Kinda sounds like mid November to me. Called to get connected, after hooking up 3 out of 4 TV's. Made the call and was told that it would not be ready for another 1-2 weeks. Get with it Allegiance. I live in Shawnee and don't really want to go with direct TV because of the Oklahoma weather. Now I'm starting to wonder if I should have changed. Lack of service is extremely poor. And you have the gal to charge me over $100 dollars a month so I can't watch my TV. I just wish someone would step in and take this over so that it works for the people in my town..

Teaser rates
We have been pretty happy with the service overall from Allegiance Communications. However, after two years with the company I got a bill that went up 38%. I called to check on that and was told that for the first two years I had a "discounted rate" and now I was at the normal rate and I could no longer get the "discounted rate." And then they have TV advertisements on all the time saying how satellite companies will offer teaser rates and then jack up the price on you. This company is no different--don't let them take you in the same way, just know what you're getting into!

Allegiance is the worst for internet service in my opinion
I have service with them still now only because no one else has high speed at my address. I have been with them just over a year and have had my service down or so slow. I work from home and have to have internet service I pay for 15m and never get that speed if I get service at all and my bill is always paid every month. I have had techs here on a weekly basis from the start for issues ranging from them putting in lines wrong to not turning the amplifier back on after working in area it is never an issue caused at my home or my computer. I have been compensated very little around 75.00 for all this time and I am calling them all the time for issues.I have contacted an attorney and they told me to keep calling in every time so will be logged if I sue over loss of my job due to their lack of service.I have even thought about moving just so I can use a different company I would have never moved to this location if I had been told about how bad their service was or lack of service. I also pay 3 times as much as if I was with a company such as At@***.I am at my wits end tired of crying and screaming just to get what I pay for.Fear of loss of my job which I have to work from home due to disabilities I want to work but here I sit another day and cant because bad service. My loss is around 3k in money at this point and if loss of job its unlimited. I do not recommend their service to anyone.

Allegiance Communications Didn't Transfer E-mail and Contacts
We had to switch from Allegiance to another provider because when we moved to the county, we were 1500 feet away from Allegiance cable. When I called to discontinue service no instruction was given on how to transfer e-mail and years of contact addresses! I wrongly assumed that I could pick it up at gmail. When I logged into gmail after turning in the modem and cable, I discovered my account had been disconnected. I called Allegiance and their technical staff said all my information had been deleted immediately upon turning in the equipment, although the gmail site said it was still available. This is very poor protocol on the part of Allegiance. Although their service had improved, I will not recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely the worst internet service in the state
Every evening the Internet gets worse than an old dial up connection. from 7:00 pm till around 1:00 am. playing any online game is out. 300+ ping time and download speed is less than a meg a minute. Classic case of putting 10 pounds of *** in a 5 pound box and charging top dollar for it. the company has absolutely no customer support and needs it's FCC license revoked. They Know they have this problem and because it ALWAYS occurs after hours you can get help. I will be looking into a class action law suit for the customers who are being sold an item that does not exist.

ALLEGIANCE COMMUNICATION COMPANY IS FULL OF CROOKS
We have had cable with this company for almost two years. Until two weeks ago we only had basic cable so no issues. Last week we decided to upgrade. We were told that we needed an HD box in order to get the HD channels which was an additional $15.95 a month. Okay that's fine. But then two weeks later our HD channels no longer work and they want ANOTHER $10 in order for us to get the channels... Huh? How does that even begin to make sense to this company? If you're ever in the Ft. Riley area (on post ) DO NOT get with this company. You'll probably be here for a while anyway so just get a contract with a satellite company...

Allegiance Communication is a horrible, rude business
I have been trying now for a few months to get Allegiance Communication to come out and fix my internet and cable problems. I have scheduled and rescheduled appointment for the tech to never show up. Customer reps are rude and will not let you talk to the CEO or a manger for Allegiance. My cable and internet is off more than on, but I have to still pay my bill in full, and then they will credit me for the days it is off, once it is fixed but since July 24 they have not ever fixed my internet and cable and today is September 4.2012. Don't use Allegiance Communication service or you will be just as frustrated as I am. Allegiance is a horrible, rude, untrustworthy company.

Poor Service From Allegiance Communications
Allegiance Communications is the worst cable provider I have ever dealt with. Our initial installation was one year ago. It took days and many calls to the supervisor to get the installation right (that was TV, phone, and internet). We did get a great discount for the first month's service because of all the problems. There are so many outages each month I've lost count. We finally stopped our cable TV because the audio was always out of sync with the video, we had to pay extra for HD channels for our HD TV and those channels only filled a portion of the TV screen, and the DVR never worked correctly. The internet works well most of the time if there isn't an outage, but there is almost always an outage someplace and often widespread, like their entire network. Our latest problem is our phone has been out for almost 2 weeks and for the third time today we have been told a repairmen was coming between 1 and 5 pm and one never came out. When we call after 5 we are told they will be here by 8 pm. When we call after 8 pm we are told the repairman was scheduled for another day and we were mistaken. All the while time is ticking by and we're paying for a phone that doesn't work and using cell phone minutes to try to get a repairman out here. The wait for calling tech support is almost always 20-40 minutes. The staff is rude, incompetent and liars. We live in a small town and there is no other choice for a cable company unfortunately. If you can choose anyone else, do so. This company is awful.

Allegiance Communications needs to learn Customer Service.
I have had my broadband Internet and cable television with Allegiance Communications (regional company based in Shawnee, OK). I called for service because my Internet would not stay connected. I was abruptly told by the lady who answered I had to "call the Service Tech number," which is a toll-free number. The guy on other end was unable to get me reconnected (unplug this, disconnect that, turn this on, turn that off & you should be connected). He sent a trouble ticket to the local office immediately. It was a week later that someone came out to check the problem. Now, 2 days after the service tech was here, I'm offline again (same problem). I called local office today & reported that I still have the connection problem. The Customer Service lady who answered is a rgeat advertisement for the iother broadband Internet provider here in our little town. Am tempted to cancel my Allegiance service the day they finally get my Internet going properly. Then, I'll change providers.

I have been trying all sorts of things to get the "new" converters to work. Tried the HDMI hookup and the coxial connection. Gave up and for 3 days every time I called one of their phone numbers they list for support, all I got was a busy signal
We HAD to get 3 digital converters too my friend and thanks for posting this. I believe this falls in the category of Communism.
I think Allegiance digital HD services are a bunch of horse ***. I got digital boxes running out my ears and cables running everywhere.
It's a bunch of absolute *** nonsense! North Rock Creek, Shawnee, OK.
